We ship every EpicGlow order from within the United States, and standard shipping is free on every order, no minimum required.
Orders placed before 2:00pm ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm ET, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 5–7 business days. Need it faster? Express shipping via USPS Express (1–3 business days) is available at checkout for $15.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking update within 2 business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@epicglow.com and we'll look into it right away.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Transit times to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may run longer than the standard window above.
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you never received it, email us at hello@epicglow.com with your order number within 14 days of the delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right, whether that's a replacement or a refund.
